Dr. Lois Bitner Olson from School of Business Administration SDSUVisited CUFE Business School

May 19, 2015, Dr Lois Bitner from School of Business Administration, San Diego State University visited CUFE Business School. The Secretary of Party General Branch Professor GeJianxin received the guests.

 

First, on behalf of Dean Wang Ruihua and staff of Business School, Secretary GeJianxin gave a warm welcome to the visitors. Then, Secretary Ge introduced organizational structure, students at school, discipline setting and degree awarding of Business School, CUFE, especially theSummer School Projects over the years. Having been a teacher for more than 20 years,Doctor Lois Bitner Olson is a senior teacher in marketing study. In recent years, her study focuses on China and she teaches in Shanghai Jiaotong UniversityEast China Normal University and some other famous universities in China. Doctor Lois Bitner Olson shared her teaching experience in America and China, and looked forward to joining in 2015 Summer School of Business School, CUFE. At last, Doctor Lois Bitner Olson and Secretary GeJianxin discussed the curriculum, time, content, students and examination of Summer School and reached an agreement.

 

CUFE’s Summer School is held by Business School in July every year, lasting two weeks. Teachers are all senior teachers and managers from famous universities and companies abroad, whose teaching methods combine theory and practice together. Starting from 2011, the Summer School now is opening to all students of the university and is well received by students.
