12December, the 17thsession of the “CUFE Business School CareerDevelopment” series lectures was held successfully at the MBA Education Centreof CUFE Business School. The goal of the series lectures was to help studentswith career value adding and careertransformation.Mr. Fu Hua, SVP and CFO fromreal estate, culture and traveling group company, was invited for a key notespeech on the topic ofEnterprise Value Management and Financial Innovation.Mr. LuanTian from MBA Education Centre, and Ms. Rong Qiwen, founder of the BeijingHezhonghe Inform and Tech Company,were present. The lecture was hosted byMr. Luan Tian.
Mr.FuHua has over 25years’ working experience. He once served as seniorfinancial manager for world top 500 enterprises such as HP, Compaq, Oracle,etc.Mr. Fuhas 11 years’ experienceas CFO and VP in transnational enterprises and emerging companies, and CEO ofinvest companies. Mr. Fu’s experience covers various sectors such as finance,insurance, manufacturing, service, internet, and traditional industries.
Mr.Fushared his thoughts and views towards theeconomic development under new situations and circumstances and demonstratedhis views with cases.
Mr.Fu pointed out that,the impact transitionof Internet on traditional enterprises gradually spread from channel level tosupply chain level and enterprise value level. Meanwhile, the role of Internetalso transits from simple facilities to Internet oriented thinking in productdesign and enterprise operation.
Afterwards,Mr. Fu made a theoretical analysis of the five-dimensional model of modernenterprise value management, and shared his points of view.
Besides,Mr. Fu also shared his comments and views on strategic investment, capitalassent structure optimizing, product selling and purchasing, and industrydevelopment cycles, etc.
Afterthe speech session, Mr. Fu and the students had a discussion session. Mr. Fuanswered the questions from the students.
Afterwards,Mr. Luan Tian from MBA Education Centre and Ms. Rong Qiwen, founder of theBeijing Hezhonghe Inform and Tech Company awarded a CUFE souvenir to Mr. Fu.
Thedevelopment of industries shows periodic changes, with different characteristicsin each period. Enterprises should always take seriously with the issuesrelated to value management and financial innovation. Specific problems shouldbe analyzed and solved according to the times and situation, so as to promotethe long-term sustainable development of enterprises. The 17thsessionof the “CUFE Business School Career Development” series lectures was concluded successfully.
