A scene from the Meeting

The Meeting started with a speech made by Dean Wang Ruihua. Heextended sincere gratitude to alumni for sparing time in their busy schedule toattend the Meeting, and then expressed high regard and expectations for the foundingof the Business School CEO Club. Meanwhile, Wang proposed three propositions tobe pondered over. First, how to find the niche of the Club, or rather, draw aline between elitism and universalism so that successful entrepreneurs canbring out the best in each other, and startup beginners and accomplishedentrepreneurs can learn from each other? Second, how to access and attracthigh-quality resources outside the campus? The Club should promote the exchangeof quality resources among alumni and reach out to more external resources to reinforceeach other. Last but not least, how to improve relevant management regulationslike club charters and operating rules? Despite exhaustive preparations, moreideas are required for the implementation of the Club to enable concertedefforts. He hoped that alumni present could pool their wisdom and strength, make proposals, and make full preliminary preparations for the Club to operateefficiently in the long run.
