According to theNotice of the Ministry of Education onFiling and Approval Results of Undergraduate Disciplines of Higher Education Institutionsin 2018(Letter of Higher Education Department of Ministry of Education[2019] No.7),Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) obtained theapproval for introducing the new discipline of Supply Chain Management(discipline code: 120604T; degree conferred: degree in management science;duration: four years).The discipline willbe constructed by the CUFE Business School and open for enrollment nationwide in2019.

CUFE isthe first university inChina engaged in the Double First-Class University Plan to launch thediscipline of Supply Chain Management.The approval marks animportant achievement made by the Business School in implementing the XiJinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and XiJinping’s important expositions on education and carrying out the plan of theMinistry of Education and CUFE for comprehensively promoting the development offirst-class undergraduate programs.
