The 50 People Forum on China Management, which aims to explorethe innovation of management theory with Chinese characteristics and promotethe formation of Chinese management schools in China, held the second half of the2019 Conference at Lanzhou University from 20 to 21September, 2019. The themeof the Conference was “Chinese Management in the Great change”. More than 50management professors from colleges and universities across the countryattended the Conference and 27 professors delivered speeches. Professor XiaoHailin from CUFE Business School was invited to attend the Conference anddelivered a speech.

The topic of Professor Xiao Hailin’s speech was “Paradigm changein Innovation Management Research: from Market orientation to Anti-Marketorientation”.
