7 April 2021, CUFE Business School held the Awarding Ceremony for the 8^th Enterprise Management Academic Paper Competition and the Opening Ceremony for the 6^th and7 ^th Academic Rookie Classes. Professor Lin Song,Dean of CUFE Business School and Director of MBA Education Center,Dr.Lin Lin and Dr.Liu Wei from Department of Organization and HRM,and Ms.Dou Zongyue, UG tutor, were attended.

Professor Lin Song delivered a speech on behalf of the School. Dean Lin emphasized that the initiative of the Enterprise Management Academic Paper Competition was for innovation and systematic thinking development;solving problems in management practice; andmotivating enthusiasm for academic research. Dean Lin affirmed the students performanceand achievements in the competition. He indicated that, the School would continue to create academic atmosphere and provide a platform for students to do academic research. Afterwards,Dean Lin awarded prizes to the winners of the Competition.

Ms.Xiong Xiaoxiao from the 2018 class of Supply Chain Management, won the first prize of the Undergraduate Group,and gave a presentation on her research.

After the Awarding Ceremony, Dr. Lin Lin and Dr. Liu Wei handed out the learning cards to the students of the Academic Rookie Class.

Dr. Liu Wei gave a talk on“Pro-action, Reflection and Innovation -- How to Work withProfessors”. Dr. Liu summarized the problems in the interaction between professors and students from 4 facets: communication, independent thinking, persistence and career planning. Dr. Liu also put suggestions to the students.

Dr. Lin Lin introduced the learning plan and assessment mode of the Academic Rookie Class,and the learning resources. Dr.Lin indicated that it was critical to decidethe right path for your research, and strive for achievements step by step through continuous improvements.
